Wedding and Honeymoon
They were married by the Justice of the Peace, and had a dinner with the family the next day. Here they are cutting the cake!
Eric and I were so excited to have tem here! One of the first things we did was a "beach tour." We stopped at the Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, and Malibu. Below: having drinks at Moonshadow's in Malibu, overlooking the ocean.

Left: We took a tour of Paramount Studios in Hollywood with a great tour guide.

We all took a 2-day trip up the Pacific Coast Highway as far as San Simeon. We made a stop in Santa Barbara and walked down this beautiful pier to stretch our legs.
Below: In San Simeon, we took a tour of Hearst Castle, on top of a mountain. This Romanesque outdoor pool was only topped by the indoor pool which was covered in gold-leaf tile. The white blanket is a layer of fog and clouds in the valley below- it was nothing but sunny on top of the mountain!
